Web Designer

We are looking for a Designer who will provide support for our current client base and assist in development of a variety of client projects. Typical projects will include site design and layout, ad design, logo design, photo manipulation, and meeting a variety of client graphics needs. As a primary creative resource, this person must be self-sufficient and ensure that the needs of our clients are being addressed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Explore technical/creative solutions to projects and make recommendations to team members
• Oversee current client support needs
• Support the Development Team in various creative needs
• Consult on project scopes/timelines

You Must Have

• At minimum 1-3 years experience with developing projects
• Comfortable working with all agency players, including creative, technical, account staff on the inside, as well as clients, vendors, and partners on the outside
• 1+ years of experience with the following: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and basic HTML coding
• Formal design training or degree is appreciated, but not required

We Would Love

• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
• At least a basic understanding of JavaScript and jQuery
• Experience with coding for cross-browser and platform consistency

Front-End Developer

We are looking for a Developer who will provide support for our current client base and assist in development of a variety of client projects. Typical projects include taking a PS file and building a site from it, completing a site that has already been started, and making edits to sites at the request of our clients. As a primary development resource, this person must be self-sufficient and ensure that the needs of our clients are being addressed with minimal supervision.

• Hand code HTML/CSS pages
• Work within a team to build and refine graphic designs for websites
• Oversee current client support needs
• Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into HTML/CSS pages
• Consult on project scopes/timelines

You Must Have

• At minimum 1-3 years experience with developing projects
• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
• At least a basic understanding of JavaScript and jQuery
• Experience with coding for cross-browser and platform consistency
• Basic understanding of Photoshop

We Would Love

• Solid knowledge of HTML5/CSS3
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery
• Understand responsive design and mobile optimization techniques
• Knowledge of LESS and/or SASS
• Knowledge of databases and content management tools (php/mysql)
• Experience with version control systems (git)
