At Appnet, supporting our customers is always a key priority. Keeping our staff safe and healthy is equally so. Like all Americans, we continue to closely monitor and assess the evolving situation and will be diligent about communicating anything that might affect our response times, etc.
Our approach to COVID-19
The Appnet New Media Studio team is made up of (16) people who are dedicated to providing the utmost in quality in all of our services. We are designated as an Essential Business Service due to the fact that we are responsible for keeping thousands of business websites operating. However, due to the nature of our business and services, we actually began working 100% remotely on March 24th, 2020. All of our 16 person team continues to provide consulting and support as well as full design and programming services. In short – we haven’t missed a beat.
Our phone systems were and are a unique, hybrid system that allowed many of us to take our office/desk phones with us so all calls that normally would come in to all of our phone lines are being handled efficiently. We are in constant communication with our clients and our staff. Our staff communicates via phone, Skype and Zoom meetings and our production has not suffered in any way.
We feel blessed and privileged to be able to maintain an uninterrupted and seamless provisioning of our services across the board.
